Nexent Innovations Inc. (“Nexent”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the TEN4 service management hosted software (hereinafter referred to as “TEN4” or the “Service”).

Service is the TEN4 web and mobile applications operated by Nexent.

California Do Not Track Disclosures
TEN4 does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
